I bought (fish) and will be testing out grape seed oil

Using grape seed oil
Grapeseed oil, a by-product of the wine-making process, comes from extracting the oil from within the small, hard-shelled seed. A stable cooking oil, grapeseed oil does not smoke or splatter. This oil features a high smoke point, or temperature at which oil smokes and discolors, ranging from approximately 320 to 428 degrees, depending on the brand. The light, buttery or nutty flavor leaves no aftertaste and enhances a food's natural flavor
HEALTH BENEFITS
With a high percentage of Vitamin E, grapeseed oil is extremely potent as an antioxidant. It also contains Vitamin B Alpha and Bioflavonoids that offer resistance to free radical damage. Light and fine in texture it lubricates without clogging.
Grapeseed oil contains the lowest levels of saturated (bad) fats of any oil. It also offers the highest concentrations of both mono and poly unsaturated (good) fats. See the charts below to compare. Grapeseed oil also contains high-density Lipoprotein, which helps to reduce high blood pressure. It contains one of the highest (72%) percentages of Linoleic Acid, a fatty acid that acts as a transporter for saturated fats, preventing accumulations in the arteries. It is 100% solvent free - - not hydrogenated - - without any preservatives such as TBHQ or BHT. It contains no sodium, no trans fatty acids, no cholesterol, and actually reduces the cholesterol accumulated in the body

* I pan to brush the grape seed oil ,apple cider /vinegar on the fish ,sprinkle on top with a little
parsley ,sea salt, peppercorn, celery ,tomatoes.place in foil and in the oven to form the steam effect. If I have wide strips of orange zest I will use that as well

Well was going to have soup but I have changed my mind for today .
I am actually going to have roasted chestnuts and roasted fennel.
The claim is that fennel keeps ovaries healthy ...the article I read did not describe how !!!
Chestnuts -Yummy
high in fiber
lower in calories then other nuts-100 grams of walnuts is 691 calories
,in walnuts it's 170calories

High in Vitamin and mineral content
Chestnuts are the only nut that are a significant source of vitamin C. In fact, three ounces of chestnuts supplies almost half of your daily vitamin C requirement. They're also a good source of the B vitamins, folate, magnesium manganese, and copper.

lower in fat then other nuts
One Caveat

Chestnuts are higher in carbohydrates than most nuts at around 34 grams per 100 gram serving, although they're high in complex, low glycemic carbs, they may not be suitable if you're on a strict, low carb diet
GASP ! I'll have to find out the Glycemic index level !I think I may have to stop them soon !

I think I will buy dry garbanzo beans because they are low in the glycemic index !
