Brown rice cleansing DIet

Brown Rice Cleansing Diet
If the food was processed it must be avoided
7 Days with 25-day introduction back to all the other food (when reintroducing foods keep a journal and
note how those foods treat you i.e. Belching, gas, pain)
Day 1-7
Eat the following food as much as you want Eat at least 3 cups of rice a day:
Organic Brown Rice
Rinse the rice first. Bring to a boil 2-21/4 cups of water per 1 cup of rice. After bringing it
to a boil, turn down to low and simmer for 45-60 minutes
Onions, herbs or spices can be added if desired during the last 15-20 minutes of cooking
time.
Vegetables (organic)
All kinds of whole vegetables can be eaten except for corn and mushrooms. Wash them
very well. They can be eaten raw, steamed or baked. Combine with rice if you want. No
frozen, canned or jarred veggies should be eaten. Nothing fermented or pickled
Fruits (organic)
All kinds of whole fruits can be eaten except for bananas, citrus (except lemons) and dried
fruit. Make sure you wash them well. Eat Fruit Raw
Condiments
Olive oil, lemon (lots), herbs and spices that contain no salt or MSG
Flaxseed oil (1-2 tablespoons a day) must be kept in fridge and should be consumed 3
weeks of opening
Beverages
Filtered, distilled, or spring water
Herb teas like chamomile, mint, and lemon
Vegetable or Fruit juice should be made fresh and should be diluted with 50% water. If
you must drink out of glass jars make sure that there are no sugars in the juice

Sprouts are okay


AFTER 7 DAYS Reintroduction
You can just do this 7 days and be nice to yourself when coming back into other foods do it gradually
here is a suggestion of re-introduction in 25 days. Keep a record of what you eat and how it affects you.
You will learn so much about your body and you will feel great.
No canned, jarred, frozen products
Still cut your juices with 50% water
Try to add only one item at a time so you can note any effects.
Day 8-11
Bananas, honey (raw), tomato sauce (no sugar), avocados, wheat free/gluten free bread, brown
rice noodles/pasta, Rice Dream Dairy free ice cream, rice milk, wheat free soy sauce, dried fruit
Millet, amaranth, quinoa, quinoa pasta, corn, corn oil, safflower oil, canola oil, sesame oil
No hydrogenated oil
Day 12-14
Brazil nuts, walnuts, pecan, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, tahini spread, almonds, almond butter,
almond milk
Day 15-17
Salmon, mackerel, trout, herring, sardines, cod, tilapia, sole, haddock, white fish
Stay away from farmed fish
Day 18-20
Chicken, turkey, eggs, duck, lamb
Organic or free range
Day 21-24
Buckwheat, barley, oats, kamut
Day 25-27
Lentils, chick peas, split peas, black eyed peas, lima beans, adzuki beans, mung beans, kidney
beans, black beans, pinto beans, navy beans, red beans, white beans, fava beans
Day 28-29
Ghee, yogurt, feta cheese (goat)
Day 30
Whole grain wheat products not white bread
