carrot pesto sauce



Carrot Pesto Sauce
1 large carrot (rough chopped)
1/2 cup of parsley
2 tbsp chopped red onion
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic
Sea salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in a food processor until it is a "pesto consistency". Set aside.
